As a Global Payroll – DCM – Manager - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management, including onboarding, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. Within our HR Managed Services practice, you will be the primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, confirming smooth HR processes and systems.

Responsibilities

- Managing the employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration - Coordinating staff to address employee inquiries and issues in line with HR protocols - Implementing HR policies and service delivery strategies to support workforce needs - Analyzing and identifying system interactions to optimize HR operations - Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives - Utilizing HR software and metrics to enhance data management and reporting - Developing skills outside comfort zones and encouraging team growth - Handling confidential information with professionalism and integrity - Facilitating employee engagement strategies and relationship building - Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders - Upholding professional standards and compliance with labor laws and regulations - Embracing technology and innovation to improve HR processes and systems

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field - Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Human Resources Management (HRM) - Excelling in coaching and feedback to enhance team performance - Utilizing analytical thinking to drive process improvement initiatives - Managing employee data with confidentiality and precision - Embracing change and fostering an inclusive work environment - Developing strategic questioning skills to identify business opportunities
