As an LLM Engineer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving AI-driven automation and cognitive solutions within our Data and Analytics practice. You will be at the forefront of client support, leveraging your skills to analyze complex data and deliver impactful solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your professional skills to build meaningful client relationships, navigate complex situations, and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for maintaining professional standards and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and anticipate client needs.

Responsibilities
- Conducting complex data analysis to derive actionable insights for client projects - Developing and implementing data models and algorithms to enhance predictive analytics - Utilizing tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation - Integrating and managing data pipelines to support data-driven decision-making processes - Validating data integrity and security within analytics frameworks - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer needs and requirements - Leading the development of data quality improvement plans to optimize data utilization - Applying machine learning techniques to improve data preprocessing and modeling - Preparing and presenting detailed reports and visualizations to stakeholders - Engaging in exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in large datasets
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance - At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS) - Demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools - Utilizing machine learning techniques for predictive analytics - Developing complex data models and algorithms - Excelling in client-focused problem-solving and critical thinking - Navigating ambiguity while maintaining professional standards and mentoring others
