As a SAP BTP Admin - Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Technology Consulting practice, specializing in SAP technology. You will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies - Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP technology solutions - Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and SAP Fiori to enhance system functionality - Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions that optimize operational efficiency - Developing and overseeing the deployment of SAP Analytics Cloud for improved data insights - Promoting process improvement and optimization within SAP environments - Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support seamless integration and utilization of business applications - Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage professional growth - Addressing conflicts or issues, engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders - Validating data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 10 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
· Design and implement real-time integration strategies connecting SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba to ensure seamless data flow across systems. · Deploy and manage SAP AI Core and Generative AI technologies to automate and optimize core business processes. · Govern and oversee API management and event-driven architectures using SAP Event Mesh to enable scalable and secure integrations. · Architect and maintain robust data orchestration pipelines between cloud platforms and hyperscaler environments. · Administer SAP Integration Suite and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to build, monitor, and troubleshoot integration scenarios. · Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models using SAP AI Launchpad and related AI tools to support business needs. · Ensure compliance and efficient usage of communication protocols such as REST, SOAP, OData, EDI, and GraphQL in all integration workflows. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities leveraging AI and integration technologies. · Monitor system performance and provide continuous improvements for integration flows and AI deployments within the SAP BTP environment. · Maintain documentation, provide training and support to stakeholders on SAP BTP administration, API governance, and AI-enabled automation solutions.Experience in SAP Technical Pre-Sales including creation of technical proposals and constructing estimates for SAP Technical work. · Knowledge on SAP cloud offerings like BTP, SAC, Cloud connector, etc. · Full cycle experience in SAP Migration and S/4 Conversion activities. · Strong knowledge and exposure to HANA Database and MS SQL Database. · Strong knowledge in BOBI, Data services etc. · Proficient in the use of methodologies supported by SAP best practices. · Strong knowledge in troubleshooting performance issues and providing solutions to fine tune the system. · Must be proactive and self-motivated. · Must be easily understood and possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and writing skills. · Must Have customer facing experience and possess good negotiation skills. · Exposure to ITIL framework. · Provide SME advice to the team and Mentor team members to achieve the desired result by conducting Boot camps, learning sessions, etc. · Should have a good understanding of the organization structure and requirements. · Develop and maintain process and technical documentation. · Prepare and present project status reports to Clients and Senior Management. · Must have experience in working with cross functional and cross cultural teams across the globe. · Should provide escalation support and ensure all the tasks and issues are resolved within the deadline.
