As an Oracle Fusion PPM and Fixed Assets - Senior Associate - Consult, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions and embracing increased ambiguity as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, which includes managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to uphold professional and technical standards, interpret data to inform insights, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle Financials solutions effectively - Configuring and maintaining Oracle Finance systems to optimize financial processes - Providing training and support for seamless integration of business applications - Collaborating with clients to enhance operational efficiency through software solutions - Utilizing Oracle General Ledger and Oracle Receivables for financial management - Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decisions - Developing financial reports using Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting - Managing procure-to-pay and record-to-report processes within Oracle systems - Advising on finance transformation and process improvements - Upholding professional and technical standards in financial consulting engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems - At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules - Utilizing Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) - Developing finance transformation strategies for client engagements - Navigating complex financial systems and processes - Analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decisions - Building meaningful client relationships in technology consulting
