Job Summary Responsible for the 24-hour management of a specific patient care unit/s, service/s, or program/s in settings as designated by the Chief Nursing Officer and/or Director, Patient Care Services. Directs and supervises the functions and activities of the assigned unit/service/program: Develops, implements and interprets policies; schedules and supervises assigned employees and ensures the quality of care provided to patients and families.
