PROPÓSITO FUNDAMENTAL: Garantizar la excelencia operativa del proceso logístico mediante la ejecución precisa y eficiente de las actividades de recepción, almacenamiento, control de inventarios, transacciones y despachos. El rol asegura la exactitud de la información, el orden y la optimización del espacio en el almacén, así como el cumplimiento de los tiempos establecidos. Su contribución es clave para impulsar la mejora continua del servicio logístico, reducir errores operativos y fortalecer la satisfacción de clientes internos y externos. RESPONSABILIDADES: • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la programación operativa, estableciendo prioridades y secuencia de los procesos según el plan de producción. • Registrar traslados, entradas y salidas de materiales e insumos a través de los diferentes procesos de manera que no se presenten novedades ni diferencias de inventarios. • Monitorear los programas de despachos, producción y planes de entrega, brindando información clara y oportuna a todas las partes interesadas. • Asegurar la ejecución de los inventarios cíclicos, analizar sus resultados y tomar acciones que garanticen la confiabilidad de la información de productos e insumos. • Diligenciar oportunamente la información en los sistemas de seguimiento, garantizando datos veraces para la toma de decisiones. • Gestionar los requisitos logísticos de los clientes en aplicaciones y plataformas web (listas de empaque, ASN, avisos de despacho, entre otros), asegurando el cumplimiento de condiciones de entrega. • Asegurar la liquidación de productos dentro de los plazos definidos por el área de planeación. • Asegurar el buen uso y control de los recursos e insumos dispuestos para la operación. • Planificar y ejecutar rutas de transporte para optimizar la entrega y recogida de mercancías. • Recibir, revisar, y asignar cuentas contables para la causación de las facturas de proveedores de Transporté, montacargas y almacenamiento. • Gestionar con SAC las novedades reportadas por los clientes y atribuibles al proceso Logistico. • Registrar transacciones en el ERP Oracle e Insoft de manera completa, correcta y oportuna • Crear partidas en la plataforma Oracle para la correcta retoma y trazabilidad de los pedidos tinturados. • Coordinar y asignar el personal a las diferentes actividades operativas, garantizando la ejecución de la programación establecida.
