要成功应聘本职位，您应当具备以下技能和经验 1、本科及以上学历，5年以上电商商品运营工作经验优先 ； 2、熟悉抖音的打法，有过独立操盘品类经验，自播管理经验； 3、具备数据分析及挖掘能力，对电商数据有一定敏感度，利用数据指导运营目标达成； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能独立推进项目进展
