You are responsible for the development of high-quality learning solutions, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and blended learning content, in alignment with defined instructional design frameworks and organizational standards, working under general supervision.

The role focuses on executing content development activities across the end-to-end development lifecycle, translating approved instructional design specifications and subject matter expertise into structured, compliant, and effective learning materials. The role owns the development of assigned learning modules and maintains full accountability for the quality, accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness of all deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to defined templates, processes, and governance frameworks. The role operates within predefined boundaries and collaborates closely with Instructional Designers, who retain ownership of instructional design decisions, learning objectives, and design frameworks, as well as with Subject Matter Experts to ensure technical accuracy.

The role supports the increasing digitalization of MRI service operations by incorporating software-centric workflows, remote diagnostics, connected systems, and digital service technologies into learning solutions. The role develops learning materials aligned to MRI field service and installation workflows, including safety, site readiness, installation, acceptance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring relevance to field operations and technical environments. The role utilizes approved tools and demonstrates readiness to adopt AI-enabled workflows and emerging learning technologies, where permitted by organizational policies, information-classification requirements, and intellectual property standards

Your role:

• Develops high-quality learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT) materials, and blended learning solutions, based on approved instructional design specifications • Translates structured input from Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts into clear, complete, and standardized learning modules • Owns end-to-end development of assigned learning modules, ensuring completeness, consistency, and alignment with defined requirements • Structures technical and instructional content using predefined templates and frameworks to ensure standardized and scalable deliverables • Performs quality assurance and validation activities to ensure all deliverables meet instructional, organizational regulatory, and audit requirements • Applies defined development processes, templates, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and repeatability across all deliverables • Identifies and escalates deviations, risks, and uncertainties to Instructional Designers in a timely manner, operating within defined boundaries • Updates and maintains existing learning materials based on engineering changes, field feedback, and business needs • Develops learning materials aligned to MRI field service and installation workflows, including safety, site readiness, installation, acceptance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting • Manages own workload and tracks progress of assigned deliverables, proactively communicating status, risks, and delays • Utilizes approved authoring tools and platforms to develop and maintain learning content • Demonstrates readiness to adopt AI-enabled tools and emerging learning technologies where permitted, applying human validation to ensure accuracy, instructional alignment, and compliance.

You are fit if:

• Bachelor's degree in education, Training Management, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, OR Vocational Education or equivalent. • No prior experience required with a bachelor’s degree OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Education, Training & Development in the Health Industry or equivalent.

Preferred

• Experience developing e-learning, instructor-led training materials or blended learning content in a technical or regulated environment. • Familiarity with multimedia production, blended learning strategies, and learning analytics. • Readiness to work with AI-assisted authoring or emerging learning tools within established guardrails, where approved. • Field experience with servicing and/or installing MRI systems is an advantage.

Travel: 0–10%, as needed for workshops, onboarding and field experience.

How we work together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
