You are responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of learning programs, curricula, and training content for MR Service Education, working under direct supervision. The role collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Learning Content Developers, Instructional Designers and Education Management to ensure learning materials, training paths, certification requirements, and compliance structures remain accurate, complete, and aligned with business requirements.

The role utilizes learner data, training records, operational metrics, and approved digital tools to support learning effectiveness, training compliance, and workforce readiness. The role participates in maintaining curriculum structures, learning paths, certification mappings, and course information while supporting daily learning operations and administrative processes. The role demonstrates readiness to leverage AI-enabled capabilities, data analysis tools, and other emerging technologies, where approved, to improve efficiency, data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness while maintaining appropriate human validation and compliance with organizational policies.

Your role:

• Supports the maintenance of learning paths, curricula, certification structures, and qualification frameworks for MR Service Education. • Maintains mapping tables and certification matrices, using approved digital or AI-assisted tools where appropriate. • Updates course metadata, prerequisites, learning assignments, training records, and curriculum data in approved systems. • Collects and analyzes KPI-driven data to support reporting, decision-making, and daily management activities. • Supports simple course maintenance projects and updates existing learning materials based on approved changes. • Maintains daily training planning, instructor availability, resource allocation information, and man-planning overviews. • Interacts with SMEs and Instructional Designers to validate curriculum structures, training requirements, and learning content accuracy. • Performs data validation and quality checks on learning records, assignments, certification data, and curriculum mappings. • Documents curriculum updates, training changes, and learning administration activities to support audit readiness. • Identifies training compliance gaps, data issues, or planning risks and escalates them in a timely manner. • Supports continuous improvement of learning operations through standardized processes, automation, and approved modern tools.

You are fit if:

• Bachelor's degree in education, Training Management, Learning and Development, Business Administration, Data Management, or equivalent. • Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Education, Traini ng & Development, Learning Administration, Learning Operations, Training Coordination, Data Analysis, or equivalent.

How we work together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
