Job Title Supply Chain Project Manager - Philips - Best Job Description In this role, you have the opportunity to drive critical improvements across the E2E Integrated Supply Chain processes for Image Guided Therapy; Design, Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Install and Return to create a customer-centric, reliable, and efficient supply chain, delivering safe & quality products & solutions

You are responsible for

• Initiate and lead cross functional, high impact improvement projects, setting strategic direction within the project(s) and related projects/program, applying proven project and change management tools, leading to realization of business/ customer targets set (time, budget, outcomes)

• Conduct process analysis, benchmarks and assess process capability across the quote to cash cycle, to support decision making and explore improvement opportunities within the E2E Integrated Supply Chain.

• Ensure strategic supply chain vision is embedded all (supported) projects; First Time Right in NPI’s, Product Transfers and MLD changes, Process improvements / Operational Excellence

• Meeting key performance targets around quality, delivery, cost, inventory

• Accountable to ensure appropriate Risk Management and Regulatory compliance is incorporated cross the supply chain

You are a part of The ISC IGTS Transformation team in the ISC IGTS organization. The ISC IGTS organization is the E2E integrated supply chain organization responsible for all supply chain activities for the Image Guided Therapy Systems business. E.g. Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution & Installation. The ISC IGTS Transformation team is focusing on supply chain strategy, executing transformation (programs), operational excellence and driving E2E performance driving customer needs and business goals.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• 5‐10 years of relevant experience in upstream supply chain processes; Design for Supply Chain, Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, including demonstrating record of change & Project Management success

• Deliver Results - self-accountable, acts with urgency and resilience to deliver on commitments.

• Excellent analytical skills, and ability to translate challenges and opportunities in improvement programs.

• Proven track record in a multinational, preferably in the Healthcare supply chain

• Team player, persistent, result-driven, "Can-do-Will-do" mentality

• Drive Operational Excellence - Collaborate End2End and share knowledge and ideas.

• Commitment to Quality - Demonstrates understanding of Quality and Regulatory requirements. • Fluent in Dutch and English. Please note: we do not offer relocation support for this position.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. Compensation & Benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € 78,187.00-€ 130,312.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 6% bonus/incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results.
