Job Title Partner Operations Manager IGT-D International Job Description The Partner Operations Manager – Image Guided Therapy Devices International ensures the effective management of Philips’ indirect partner network by driving operational excellence, compliance, and lifecycle management across Europe and Growth markets.
Your role:
• Drive the end-to-end operational management of indirect trade partners, ensuring seamless onboarding, governance, performance monitoring, and offboarding throughout the partner lifecycle.
• Act as the key operational interface between Philips and its partner ecosystem, supporting regional, market, and district sales leaders in achieving commercial and service objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Service, Quality, Legal, Contract Management, and Compliance teams to ensure consistent execution of partner-related processes and initiatives.
• Lead partner governance activities, including due diligence, contract renewals, capability assessments, audits, corrective action follow-up, and compliance with Philips policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Support operational excellence through accurate partner data management, maintenance of partner records, contract administration, installed base visibility processes, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Train and support partners and internal stakeholders on Philips tools, systems, and partner management processes to drive adoption, consistency, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to partner performance reviews and help drive improvements in partner capability, service quality, and business performance.
• Be part of an international Partner Management team, working across multiple countries and cultures while building a broad network across commercial, service, quality, legal, and operational functions.
• Develop expertise in channel management, partner governance, compliance, and operational leadership within a global MedTech environment, creating opportunities for future growth across commercial and business operations roles.
You're the right fit if:
• You have 3–5+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial leadership or sales management experience.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field; LEAN certification is a plus.
• You bring experience working with distributors, indirect sales channels, or partner networks in a multi-country business environment.
• You have the ability to understand P&L-related topics and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business leadership.
• You have proven success managing complex cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
• You possess strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams and external partners.
• You are highly organised, analytical, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages, particularly Spanish, are an advantage.
Compensation & benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €62,955.29–€109,998.81. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for bonus/incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
