Job Description
Ensures that the solutions being implemented conform to the enterprise goals as well as make sense from a business solution perspective.
Responsibilities
Data Architecture Design, implement, and evolve robust and effectively aligned architecture solutions that operate in the business ecosystem.
Data Management Take responsibility for developing and delivering a key element of the organization's data management system.
Database Specifications Approve complex database specifications, ensuring that all agreed standards and protocols are followed and data integrity is preserved. Suggest improvements for standards and protocols for database specifications.
Databases Installation Ensure installation and testing of complex and interrelated databases and associated products to ensure they are suitable for use and meet customer requirements.
Information Security Lead in detecting and analyzing security incidents, including attacks, breaches, and identified vulnerabilities, and remediate any security gaps in line with the security incident management procedure.
Analysis of "As Is" and "To Be" Document complex "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
Horizon Scanning Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
Performance Improvement through Business Intelligence Create complex algorithms that identify patterns in structured data through supervised and unsupervised data. Manage data preparation in collaboration with different stakeholders and internal clients in the business.
Personal Capability Building Act as subject matter expert in an area of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team. Maintain external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging external regulation and industry best practices through continuing professional development, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
