How do we work? We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in daily financial operations, treasury management, and accounts payable processes. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure operational accuracy and support decision-making through competitive analysis and financial reporting.

In this role, you will:

• Perform Daily Cash Reconciliation: Conduct daily 3-way reconciliations of customer deposits and withdrawals across Agresso, internal customer data, and bank statements.

• Prepare Global Treasury Reports: Assist in preparing and submitting monthly Client Cash Management Reports to the Global Treasury Team.

• Support Accounts Payable (AP) Tasks: Handle monthly AP duties, including uploading invoices into Agresso, invoice registration, and preparing AP files.

• Conduct Competitive Financial Analysis: Research and draft financial analysis reports on key industry competitors to support strategic insights.

• Provide Administrative Support: Assist the finance team with miscellaneous administrative tasks and ad-hoc financial projects as needed.

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

• Prior Industry Experience: Previous internship or working experience within the finance or financial services industry is required.

• Advanced Excel Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data manipulation, and complex formulas).

• Language Skills: Basic to intermediate English proficiency (ability to communicate and handle routine tasks/documentation in English; native/fluent level not required).

• Proactive & Outgoing Personality: Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, proactive mindset to actively engage and collaborate with the team.

• Strong Attention to Detail & Analytical Mindset: Exceptional accuracy in data reconciliation and strong organizational skills for daily operations.
