About this role
• Provide first-line IT support for ATIT users and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA. • Monitor applications, infrastructure, alerts, and ticket queues to ensure service availability. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to end-user computing, business applications, and manufacturing systems. • Support manufacturing IT environments, including MES, shopfloor systems, engineering applications, automation solutions, and tester workstations. • Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve complex issues. • Deliver remote support across multiple sites and countries while maintaining effective communication with users. • Contribute to knowledge management through documentation, knowledge articles, and best practice sharing. • Participate in 24x7 shift operations to ensure continuous IT service support. Job Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Fresh graduates or less than 2 years experience are highly encouraged to apply. • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. • Experience or exposure to IT support in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environment is preferred. • Knowledge of MES, automation platforms, engineering applications, or tester systems is an advantage. • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively with global teams across ATIT sites. • Fluent in English; other language skills are added advantage. • Willing to work on rotational 24x7 shift schedules. • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, Linux, etc.) are an advantage.
