About this role
We are seeking a talented Analog Validation Engineer with AI/ML expertise to join our Silicon Validation team focused on next-generation MCU products. Analog & Mixed-Signal Validation
• Develop and execute validation plans for analog and mixed-signal IPs in MCU and MPU products. • Perform electrical characterization across: • Voltage • Temperature • Process corners • Frequency ranges
• Validate analog subsystems including: • PLLs and Oscillators • ADCs and DACs • Voltage Regulators (LDO/DC-DC) • Power Management Units (PMU) • Comparators and Sensors • Clocking and Reset architectures • High-speed interfaces
• Execute shmoo analysis, margin testing, stress testing, and reliability characterization. • Correlate silicon measurements against design and simulation expectations. • Identify, debug, and root-cause silicon issues working closely with design teams
AI/ML for Analog Validation
• Develop AI/ML solutions for: • Anomaly detection in characterization data • Automated failure clustering • Root-cause prediction • Outlier identification • Trend analysis across silicon generations • Apply machine learning techniques to: • Predict silicon performance variations • Identify manufacturing and process-related anomalies • Optimize validation coverage • Accelerate debug cycles
• Build intelligent dashboards and predictive analytics tools supporting validation teams.
Job Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering (or related).
• 7+ years of experience in semiconductor validation (analog), product engineering, or silicon debug.
• Strong hands-on background in:
• MCU architectures
• Embedded systems
• Lab bring-up and silicon debug tools (JTAG, logic analyzers, scopes, etc.
