Role Summary:
• Support Business Line (BL) and Product Line (PL) Commercial Marketing teams in achieving revenue growth, profitability, and customer engagement objectives. • Drive pricing activities, commercial agreements, forecasting, and opportunity conversion across a global customer base. • Act as a key interface between customers, sales, product management, and operations to ensure effective commercial execution.
Job Responsibility:
• Provide pricing responses for customer quotations and actively follow up to maximize win rates and business opportunities. • Prepare, negotiate, and drive Long-Term Price Agreements (LTPAs) with strategic customers. • Monitor design wins and support their conversion into revenue-generating production opportunities while identifying and recovering lost opportunities where possible. • Support annual price negotiations to achieve business growth, margin, and profitability targets. • Manage product change activities, including customer notifications, demand impact assessments, and inventory management. • Analyze and support customer demand forecasting to improve planning accuracy and business visibility. • Generate commercial reports, dashboards, and business analyses to support decision-making. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to align commercial activities. • Support customer communication related to pricing, contracts, product lifecycle changes, and supply commitments. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance commercial processes, reporting, and customer satisfaction.
Job Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in commercial marketing, pricing, sales operations, business management, product marketing, or related commercial functions. • Experience in the semiconductor, technology, electronics, or high-tech industry is preferred. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers, pricing strategies, and customer requirements. • Experience in quotation management, contract administration, pricing analysis, or commercial negotiations. • Solid understanding of demand forecasting, business planning, and supply chain processes. • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, or similar business tools. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
