Intern in Human Resources Location: Lucerne Duration: 12 months – Part time Opportunity (50%)

Your responsibilities

• Management of employment related documentation and personnel files

• Preparation of HR communication content for emails, newsletters, internal HR portal in cooperation with HR Business Partners

• Support the Global Mobility process for various mobility cases in/out of Switzerland (preparation of various letter and documents on a case needed basis)

• Providing administrative support for the HR department

• Effectively guide employees and people managers to relevant HR resources, professionally collaborate with stakeholders from other departments (e.g. PR and Communications team, Payroll team)

• Supporting the HR team meetings organization

• Maintain clean and organized HR records on the HR drive, Sharepoint, internal HR portal, etc.

• Ad-hoc support with other various tasks, projects, requests based on business needs and personal interest

Your Competencies

• Student of Bachelors/Master’s degree in human resources, Law, Psychology, Business management or equivalent work experience

• Passion for learning and HR

• Professional leadership style

• Effective communication skills

• Commitment, motivation and creativity

• Well-organized, structured ways of working, attention to detail

• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)

• Strong written and verbal German and English skills; French or Italian is an asset
