What you need to know about this position: OUTPUT: Quản lý và kiểm soát quy trình thực thi chứng từ “Hợp đồng sử dụng thiết bị Visicooler” Tasks: - Triển khai quy trình thực hiện chứng từ hợp lệ; - Theo dõi tiến độ “ký hợp đồng”, và chủ động phối hợp với Sales team đẩy nhanh tiến độ công việc - Thu thập, kiểm tra thông tin trên Hợp đồng từ Sales team gửi về HO - Sử dụng hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu để đối chiếu thông tin với chứng từ, đảm bảo tính chính xác của “Hợp đồng” - Tổ chức lưu trữ chứng từ có hệ thống; What extra ingredients you will bring: - Hiểu tổng quan vận hành của tài sản; - Kỹ năng lên kế hoạch để hoàn thành mục tiêu công việc; - Kỹ năng thống kê, đối chiếu, tổng hợp thông tin - Cách quản lý, theo dõi vận hành của tài sản; - Kỹ năng đưa ra quyết định, phối hợp làm việc cùng Partner.
