Job Description:
This role will ensure delivery of Factory OT/IT related services to the site, provides support and first point of contact for all production OT/IT related systems while following applicable global/regional Factory OT/IT standards. Provide strategy for IT/OT Asset Health Check. Leads implementation of site Factory OT/IT projects. Support site Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure cyber security of home site - Local Network Administrator • Deploy remediation solutions to mitigate current Risk & maintain Cybersecurity standard • Ensure all network procedures are completed (Back Up / Patching / Antivirus Update …). • Complete inventory, control, lifecycle management, and purchasing of IT infrastructure components for all managed IT/OT assets. • Prepare and follow procedure for emergency & business continuity plan “crisis tool kit”. • Provide documentation and training to ensure consistent processes and knowledge transfer. • Consistent user account management (Alero/Domain).
Delivery of IT/OT Solutions related Services
• Site functional expert of all local applications he/she is supporting. • Work closely with associates of the site to understand and to characterize issues that might occur regarding the Factory OT/IT systems & applications in use. • Collaboration with Mars IT and other Mars teams (Engineering / Operations / Quality ...). • Responsible for issue resolution, and continuous improvement for Factory IT infrastructure and solutions with the relevant internal/external partners. • Raise tickets utilizing the global system to have KPI and dashboarding of his/her actions providing teams an overall status of all global support activities at the site level. • Owner of the Factory OT/IT Infrastructure and Factory OT/IT masterplan at their site location. • Responsible for implementation and coordination of Factory OT/IT projects in their home site.
Business Engagement and Communication
• Provide communication of Factory OT/IT infrastructure solutions and services to Quality, Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Mars MGS teams. • Liaise with the OT Security Team. Immediately escalate any critical issue to the OT Security team resources. • Responsible for effective use of Factory OT/IT infrastructure services this includes providing trainings, guides and raising awareness of available IT tools and services. • Functional expert in site Factory IT, demonstrating clear understanding of the problems and opportunities for business change. • Support’s site MES (Manufacturing Execution System). • Responsible for their safety and the safety of contractors adhering to the Food Safety Policy • Manage external contractors for Factory OT/IT tasks, follow all the induction processes and supervise their work in the site respecting the Safety standard. • Ensure all work within the site follows all Mars standards. • Drives Compliance and Regulatory (Food Safety and other industry-specific regulations).
Context and Scope
• Is part of the site reliability team with dotted line report to Factory OT/IT regional organization. • Follows the guidelines and procedure provided by regional OT/IT organization • Establishes and follows KPI’s and SLA for every service provided. • Prepares OT/IT infrastructure masterplan, assures availability of critical spare parts and manage obsolescence. • Actively manages all accounts within the factory environment, adhering to guidance's from global security teams.
Desired Education & Experience
• 2-year Technical Degree/Certificate in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT/OT Professional Studies. • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • +3-year IT (Information Technology) & OT (Operational Technology) experience. • Excellent organizational, analytical, project management and technical skills. • Server administration • Virtual infrastructure administration • IT/OT Architecture knowledge • Database administration knowledge • SQL knowledge • Excel, VBA knowledge • Self-Management following defined KPIs/objectives and proactively tracking. • Lifelong learner capable of attaining necessary professional qualifications and continual technical development • High School Diploma/GED is required
