Job Responsibilities:
Objetivo del Puesto Tener control de las 6M´s (Mano de Obra, Máquina, Material, Método Medición y Medio Ambiente), administrar y liderar a sus reportes directos asegurando un desempeño adecuado del personal en cada una de sus operaciones, también administra los procesos productivos enfocados al cumplimiento de las metas de los indicadores claves del negocio, por medio de la coordinación y dirección de actividades de los equipos de soporte y la mejora continua.

Escolaridad Título y cédula de Licenciatura terminada / Técnico Superior Universitario Experiencia Requerida Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en funciones similares en la industria automotriz Conocimientos Técnicos:
• Proceso de Manufactura preferentemente ensamble y/o maquinado • Sistema de Jalar – Pull System • Herramientas de Manufactura Esbelta • Metodologías de Mejora Continua • Herramientas fundamentales – Core Tools • Microsoft Office & PBI • Conocimiento IATF 16949 • ISO14001 & ISO45001 • MAFACT & CTPAT • Mantenimiento Total Productivo/ TPM • Conocimientos básicos de SAP (manejo de inventarios) • Trabajo Estandarizado: Takt Time & Tiempo ciclo, Estudios de tiempo & capacidad, SWI (hoja de trabajo estandarizado), WCT (Tabla de combinación) & Error & Mistake Proofing (dispositivos de error)
• Lean: TWI (entrenamiento dentro de la industria) 5s, 7 desperdicios, herramientas problem solving, (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5Whys & 6M). • Instrumentos de medición (Vernier, cronometro, micrómetro, gages go-no go indicadores-palpadores de reloj). Administrativos:
• Manejo de personal • Administración del tiempo • Solución y manejo de Conflictos • Ley Federal del Trabajo • Comunicación Efectiva • Asesoramiento – Coaching Idiomas. Inglés: 80%. / Intermedio-Avanzado: conversacional y escrito
