Job description DO Recruitment Advisors are delighted to represent a growing AIFM in their search for a part time Risk Manager. The role will involve running investment compliance and ensuring adherence to the current regulatory environment. Key Responsibilities include: • Maintenance and update of the policies and procedures • Regulatory watch • Investment & operational risk measurement for the AIFs under management • Reporting to the CO committee, the AIFM board and the GP boards • Investment compliance monitoring (transaction-based and on an ongoing basis) • Liaison with the CSSF on various topics • Coordination with the internal and external auditors on all risk-related topics (can be extended to the general AIFM communications) Profile sought THE CANDIDATE PROFILE • University degree in either law, finance, accounting or economics • At least 7 years working in Luxembourg within a Risk Management function • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg/EU regulatory frameworks relevant to AIFMs • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German or other European languages would be an advantage. • Strong organisational skills, strong problem‐solving skills, strong attention to detaiL • Collaborative approach to delivery and results oriented Application Process As an equal opportunity employer, we embrace diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
