Description des tâches: Provide responsive, high-quality technology support for senior leaders, ensuring a seamless experience for meetings, collaboration, and day-to-day business activities. Partner with IT teams, managed service providers, and vendors to coordinate issue resolution, maintain service quality, and continuously enhance workplace technology services. Support the governance and lifecycle management of workplace technologies, including end-user devices, mobile solutions, collaboration tools, and related services. Develop service documentation, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and technology partners to support asset management, lifecycle planning, and technology standardization. Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives by evaluating new technologies, supporting service enhancements, and helping strengthen the overall associate experience. Autres compétences: 3–5+ years of experience in workplace technology, end-user computing, IT support, executive support, or Experience supporting senior leaders with a strong customer-focused and service-oriented approach. Good understanding of workplace technologies, collaboration platforms, mobile and telecom services, IT service management (ITSM), and device lifecycle management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate solutions across multiple teams and external partners. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, vendors, and senior leaders. Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. Experience with service reporting, performance metrics, procurement, asset governance, or continuous improvement methodologies is considered an advantage.
