We are currently looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operators to join the team at Salling Group's warehouse facility . Your Tasks As part of the warehouse team, your responsibilities may include: Order picking Packing customer orders Labeling products and parcels Preparing deliveries for shipment General warehouse duties Ensuring quality and accuracy in all tasks No two days are exactly the same, and teamwork is a key part of the role. Onboarding & Training Your onboarding will begin in August . We will conduct mandatory onboarding sessions , including: Site tour of the warehouse Introduction to the team Safety training and warehouse procedures Operational training and work instructions Onboarding activities will take place from August through the end of October . Availability Requirements To become part of the Salling Group team, we are looking for candidates who can commit to the following: September – Mid November Available for 1–3 shifts per week Ability to attend mandatory onboarding and training activities Mid November – End of December (Peak Season) Available for 4–5 shifts per week Willing to work weekends when scheduled Ability to stay committed throughout the entire peak period During this period, we will aim to schedule you on the same shift pattern to provide stability and consistency. Flexibility is Important A successful team member is someone who can also be available on-call . This means that in cases of: Sickness absence Shift cancellations Increased operational demand We will call you if you are assigned to an on-call shift, and expect you to go to the shift – all shifts will be visible in your shift plan. Shifts Day Shift (includes weekends in the peak season) 07:00 – 15:00 Evening Shift (only during peak season) 15:00 – 23:00 Night Shift (only during peak season) 23:00 – 07:00 From August until November , you will be booked mainly for day shifts, training will also be during day shifts. From November onwards , it is important that you are flexible and willing to work evening or night shifts through the busy Christmas season. We will align the expectations and shift wishes with you in the onboarding process.
