Energy Sector | Brussels, Belgium | Hybrid Full-time | Minimum 2 days onsite per week About the Role Our client, a leading organization in the Energy Sector , is seeking an experienced Procurement Process Owner to drive procurement excellence through process optimization, digital transformation, and continuous improvement. You will own end-to-end procurement processes, improve operational efficiency, support system implementations, and collaborate with Procurement, Business, Finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant procurement solutions. Key Responsibilities Own, design, and continuously improve procurement processes and supporting tools. Drive procurement transformation and process improvement initiatives. Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation. Support the adoption of new procurement processes, systems, and ways of working. Develop procurement KPIs, reporting, and performance insights. Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and optimization. Create process documentation and support training activities. Act as a subject matter expert for procurement processes and systems. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and regulatory requirements. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong knowledge of procurement processes, especially Procure-to-Pay (P2P) . Experience in procurement process design, optimization, and transformation. Strong knowledge of: SAP MM (S/4HANA) SAP Public Cloud SAP Fiori Experience with digital procurement solutions and reporting tools. Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Structured, hands-on, and process-oriented mindset. Experience driving change and working across multidisciplinary teams. Language Requirements Professional English proficiency. Good command of French and/or Dutch.
