Requirements Analysis: Identify and document business needs and requirements using various methods. Process Optimisation: Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Functional Specifications: Develop detailed functional specifications and requirements. Collaboration with the Development Team: Work closely with the development team to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements. Testing and Validation: Develop test cases and test scenarios, and perform testing to verify that the application functions correctly and meets the defined requirements. Impact Analysis: Assess the impact of business requirements. Required Skills Proven experience in Business and Functional Analysis within IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with XML/XSD, XPath, and the design of XSD contracts. Experience with business requirements elicitation and gathering techniques. Experience creating user stories based on business analysis and functional specifications. Strong knowledge of modelling and design techniques, including UML and BPMN. Experience documenting functional requirements and specifications. Experience defining test cases and test scenarios. Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and web services. Experience using API testing tools such as Postman (or equivalent). Experience with API design tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI (or equivalent). Understanding of web service security standards, including JWT, OAuth, and related authentication mechanisms. Experience with at least one programming language (Java, .NET, or Python). Native or near-native proficiency (C2) in either French or Dutch. Working proficiency (B1) in the other national language (French or Dutch). Professional proficiency (B2) in English.
