As an Electro-Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will oversee the full lifecycle of piping and mechanical scopes-from design to commissioning-ensuring delivery meets technical, budget, and quality standards in a dynamic, project-based environment. Jobomschrijving As a Site Supervisor Piping & Mechanical Engineer your responsibilities are: Coordinate piping design and ensure technical compliance Identify clashes and propose technical solutions Manage RFQs and evaluate supplier offers Oversee procurement and supplier follow-up Supervise on-site installation and mechanical works Ensure QA/QC compliance and resolve non-conformities Monitor planning, costs, risks, and contractual variations Support commissioning and coordinate multidisciplinary teams A successful Site Supervisor Piping & Mechanical Engineer should have: Degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering 5-10+ years in piping/mechanical project environments Strong technical knowledge of piping systems & equipment Exposure to EPC, construction or industrial projects Basic understanding of hydraulics, electrical & instrumentation Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a big plus) Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable mindset Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder skills
