Jobomschrijving Support and enhance third-party risk management processes, including due diligence, KYC, and supply chain compliance Review commercial and procurement contracts to ensure appropriate compliance clauses (ethics, anti-bribery, trade compliance) are applied Provide pragmatic, risk-based advice to business stakeholders on compliance-related matters Draft and review compliance documentation, including statements, certifications, and responses to client or partner requests Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Audit teams to implement compliance initiatives Master's degree in Law with relevant experience in compliance, legal advisory, or consulting Strong hands-on experience in third-party risk management, contract review, or compliance program deployment Solid knowledge of compliance frameworks (ABAC, trade compliance, KYC/due diligence) Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate autonomously Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment Fluent in English
