Your responsibilities Provide high-quality IT support through phone, email, chat, remote assistance and face-to-face contact, while ensuring all requests are accurately logged and followed up in the ticketing system. Diagnose and resolve incidents related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Mobile devices, printers, network connectivity and business applications. Support all users, including senior stakeholders and Partners, with professionalism, discretion and a strong focus on business-critical needs. Deliver technical support for meetings, video conferences, hearings and events, including setup, testing and live assistance for audiovisual equipment. Contribute to IT asset management, internal documentation, service improvement initiatives and local or global IT projects. You have at least two years of experience in an IT support role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. You have strong knowledge of Windows 11, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, together with good knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, DHCP, DNS and ITIL best practices. You are comfortable supporting laptops, printers, peripherals, iOS and Android devices, as well as collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. You are fluent in English and at least one local language. Knowledge of another European language is considered an advantage. You are service-oriented, organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and effective under pressure. Experience with Imanage, Intune, Papercut, Lenovo, Microsoft, Canon or HP Hardware, as well as ITIL, CompTIA or Microsoft certifications, would be a strong asset.
