About this role
Responsibilities Analyze and model end-to-end business processes using structured BPMN methodologies to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Structure business concepts and represent data needs through information modeling and UML class diagrams. Elicit, clarify, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements in close collaboration with Agile development teams. Collaborate with solution architects to design future-proof systems while safeguarding business architecture principles. Formulate and execute testing activities, including the creation of test cases and support for business acceptance testing. Produce structured documentation and provide guidance to stakeholders on maintaining high-quality documentation standards. Requirements Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years experience in business analysis and formal requirements documentation. You bring a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies such as BPMN , UML , and BABOK . You possess experience in information modeling and the structural representation of business concepts. You have strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex situations into manageable components. You're proactive and solution-oriented with a constructive, critical approach to challenging assumptions. You are fluent in English with an excellent level of Dutch and/or French . Nice to Haves Experience working in an Agile product environment. Knowledge of the Archimate framework.
