Our client is a well-established international financial institution with a long-standing reputation for excellence in wealth management, asset management, and financial services. They are looking for an Integration & DevOps Engineer to join the IT Operations department and play a key role in integrating business applications into a complex enterprise ecosystem. Manage the release management process across development, test, and production environments. Coordinate planned releases and changes between development and operational teams. Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. Lead the integration of new business applications from design through implementation. Coordinate and execute technical activities involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks, issues, and dependencies. Collaborate with third-party software vendors to ensure successful integration and deployment. Produce and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Estimate workload and resource requirements for IT-related project activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to problem management processes aimed at increasing application availability and reducing operational incidents. Profile Strong experience in infrastructure engineering with a focus on automation Solid expertise in virtualisation environments (VMware strongly preferred) Good understanding of Windows/Linux systems, OS and infrastructure components Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Python, or equivalent) Exposure to CI/CD concepts and infrastructure automation frameworks Understanding of ServiceNow or similar ITSM/workflow tools is a plus Ability to work across a broad, non-siloed infrastructure environment Strong analytical mindset with the ability to "decorticate" complex systems and processes Comfortable working in international, multi-site environments Fluent in English (mandatory) and French (important for local collaboration) Autonomous, pragmatic and solution-oriented profile
