Provide administrative and operational support across a variety of customer-related processes. Maintain accurate records and update client information with precision. Communicate confidently in French and Dutch via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient daily operations. Deliver an outstanding service experience while handling multiple priorities. Play a central role in keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. Fluent in French and Dutch (mandatory). Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Comfortable handling both administrative and reception tasks. A team player with a positive and professional attitude. Previous experience in administration, customer service, or reception is a plus. Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
