You have proven experience as an order picker or warehouse worker and are eager to complete training to become a reach truck driver. Working in a 2-shift pattern or fixed night shift is no problem for you, and you are flexible to work during busy weekend periods if needed. You are physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting. You can independently travel to the workplace in Geel (as well as to the training location in Herentals). You are keen to start on weekly contracts within a tight-knit team. You speak English or Dutch well enough to follow the training smoothly. Your responsibilities: You will follow an intensive, paid one-week training course in Herentals to learn how to operate a reach truck safely and precisely. After earning your certificate, you will operate the reach truck for all internal transport tasks in the warehouse in Geel. You will stack goods and pallets accurately and safely into high racking systems. You will ensure shelves are replenished on time so that your fellow order pickers can keep working efficiently. You will assist at the loading dock with the forklift or jump in as an order picker during peak times.
