Their team is close-knit, and therefore they are looking for someone with excellent renovation skills who can work independently when necessary. You will be part of a group of professionals who know their craft inside and out, where quality and craftsmanship come first. You live within a short hop from Bekkevoort (10 km max). Your reno skills: Enhancing roofs and facades for appearance and durability by utilizing advanced materials and techniques to ensure longevity and aesthetic appeal. Applying high-quality facade plaster for a professional finish that not only enhances the visual appeal but also provides a protective layer against environmental factors. Improving energy efficiency and comfort through wall insulation by using state-of-the-art materials that reduce heat loss and maintain a stable indoor climate. Ensuring well-insulated roofs for comfortable indoor temperatures by implementing effective insulation strategies that prevent heat escape and reduce energy consumption. Assisting in various renovation tasks with versatility, demonstrating adaptability and proficiency in a wide range of renovation activities to meet diverse client needs. Maintaining high standards and quality in all renovation work by adhering to best practices, industry standards, and continuous quality checks to deliver exceptional results. You have experience in renovation work (roofs, insulation, plastering, facade works) You can work independently and have good technical insight You speak English or Romanian You live within 10 km of Bekkevoort Candidates without renovation experience cannot be considered for this position.
