About this role
As a concrete worker, you play an important role in the production process. You help assemble steel formwork, make sure everything is sturdy and safe, and work with other temp staff to pour and finish concrete. Accuracy and teamwork are super important in this job. Every day is different. You start in the early or late shift, build the formwork, pour concrete, and make sure the finish is smooth. After that, you remove the molds and clean them for the next round. You always work together with enthusiastic colleagues who are ready to help you. Ready for a new challenge as a candidate? You speak fluent Dutch or English You’re not afraid of dirt or heavy physical work You can work in a 2-shift system (5am-1pm & 1pm-9pm) Experience in construction or concrete is nice but not a must You like to work together and are eager to learn You are reliable and like to push through Technical insight is a plus
