The VIRTUAL ASSISTANT - LEGAL VA position is a remote opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a background in legal assistance or administration. The successful candidate will provide support to legal professionals by managing various administrative tasks that facilitate the smooth operation of a legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and case files. Research: Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to assist attorneys with case preparation. Client Coordination: Maintain communication with clients, schedule consultations, and assist with client intake processes. Administrative Support: Assist in managing the attorney’s calendar, responding to emails, and handling correspondence. As a Legal VA, your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in helping our clients maintain their legal practice efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar legal support role. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with legal management software is a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Benefits
