What will you be doing at Agristo? You monitor, adjust, and optimize the production process to ensure continuity and efficiency, always in consultation with your team leader. You follow the daily schedule and adapt smoothly to changes: starting and stopping the production line, implementing product changes, and performing thorough cleanings. You ensure that all installations comply with the strictest hygiene and safety standards. Need support from colleagues? You provide clear instructions. You accurately record production data and the use of auxiliary materials in our ERP system. You adjust process parameters to achieve the best results every time. Ready to grow? Great!
