Become an essential part of our team! You are willing to work in a two-shift system until September 2026, after which you will switch to night shifts. What will you be doing at Agristo? You are responsible for setting up, starting up, operating and converting fully automated packaging lines. During the process, you monitor the good operation of the packaging lines, if necessary you critically question their operation and suggest improvements to your team leader. You solve malfunctions or pass on the correct information to our technical colleagues. You always have an eye for quality while performing your job and carry out the necessary checks for this. Fulfilling additional tasks in function of the department's needs (cardboard, cleaning, rework, forklift, foil, etc.). You are quality-conscious, have clear technical insight and a first experience with automated packaging lines is a plus. You have a first experience as an operator You have an affinity with food You have strong communication skills and a flexible attitude. You are an authentic team player and a champion of cooperation.
