The company offers a stable working environment, extensive training, and real opportunities for career growth. As a Production Operator, you play a key role in the manufacturing process. You will i ndependently start up and operate production lines where a variety of food products are produced daily. Your responsibilities include: Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery. Ensuring the production line runs efficiently and smoothly. Assembling and disassembling small machine components during product changes and at the end of the shift. Performing first-line troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues before involving the maintenance team. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations. Ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Working hours can start at either 5:00 AM or 8:00 AM , depending on the production schedule. Previous experience operating production machinery is preferred. Technical insight and willingness to learn new skills. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to quality. Ability to work independently and take ownership of your production line. Comfortable working in a cold environment. A proactive attitude and interest in long-term career development.
