For an innovative and internationally active company in the event and exhibition stand construction industry, we are looking for a Grinder (Deburring Operator) – Laser Operator . You will join a modern production environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key priorities. In this role, you will combine grinding and laser operations, contributing to the finishing of high-quality aluminum systems. Tasks Grinding and deburring aluminium profiles according to technical drawings Alternating between series production and custom-made work Laser processing of finished frames Reading and interpreting technical drawings Performing quality checks checks (visually or using instruments such as calipers) Recording and tracking quality data using inspection sheets Processing production orders in an ERP system Performing first-line maintenance (equipment upkeep, replacing brushes, etc.) Flexibly assisting at other workstations when required Ensuring clear communication during shift handovers Experience in metalworking is a plus Ability to read technical drawings and perform accurate measurements Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage Accurate and quality-oriented working style Strong attention to order, cleanliness and safety Basic Dutch skills and a fluency in English Team player with a positive attitude
