About this role
You will oversee contractors performing mechanical works on site You ensure activities are carried out according to the approved designs and schedules You are responsible for purchasing materials and construction supplies required for the project You will assist in preparing technical designs, work plans and material requirements You will monitor project deadlines, follow up on progress and ensure contractors comply with specifications and quality standards Your are fluent in English (Dutch, French or Turkisch is a strong plus) Experience in industrial construction projects is a major asset Knowledge of m echanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installations is important You are able to coordinate and supervise contractors on-site You work accurately and keep track of deadlines You are flexible regarding working hours and willing to work overtime when necessary
