About this role
Install, configure and deploy IT equipment (PCs, tablets, printers, scanners and other peripherals). Support local and global IT projects, including rollouts, migrations and system implementations. Perform testing, validation and troubleshooting during deployment and hypercare phases. Coordinate with users, vendors and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain accurate asset records and project documentation. Provide end-user training and communication regarding planned IT interventions. (Project Coordinator only) Manage planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, risks and project governance activities. Strong IT background with experience in deployment, infrastructure support or IT project delivery. Good knowledge of Windows environments, hardware deployments, software installation and basic networking. Experience working in customer-facing and multi-stakeholder environments. Organized, proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Fluent English is mandatory; French and/or Dutch required. Mobile and willing to travel across Belgian sites when needed.
