Part of a major international group, they operate across 60 locations worldwide and contribute to some of the most sustainable and cutting-edge building projects globally, including the Paris Metro Rail project, the Burj Khalifa, and the Kennedy Space Centre. Jobomschrijving Develop and implement the CI program in consultation with site managers. Ensure follow-up and successful delivery of projects from start to finish. Lead multiple projects, both large and small, from design to execution. Craft custom solutions and provide expert insights to exceed client expectations. Collaborate with stakeholders, management, and contractors to ensure project success. Develop, layout, and optimize industrial processes. Collect and analyze data to design, test, and implement new or improved processes. Support CI projects and Kaizen initiatives on-site. Implement best practices from other sites and help transition to Industry 4.0. Contribute to automation projects and build stability and productivity on critical machines. Supervise operational and CI projects from start to finish with the site team. Deliver training related to Kaizen, VSM, and CI methodologies. Engineering degree. Proven experience in process improvement, Lean tools, and project management. ERP systems knowledge. Familiarity with drawing packages and programming tools for robotics. Dutch, French, and English. Strong analytical skills, technical insight, and ability to work under deadlines.
