Jobomschrijving Lead and manage all IT operations, ensuring stable and secure technology services across the organization. Plan, coordinate, and execute IT infrastructure setup for new factories, buildings, and office expansions . Manage network, servers, cloud services, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. Oversee ERP systems, including implementation, enhancement, user support, and system integration. Work closely with business users to improve operational processes through technology and system automation. Manage relationships with IT vendors, contractors, and external service providers. Lead IT projects, ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues to minimize business disruption. Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and best practices. Monitor IT security risks and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Prepare and manage the annual IT budget and technology investment plans. Provide technical guidance and leadership to the IT team and end users. Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to support business objectives and digital transformation initiatives. Prepare reports and present IT updates, project progress, and recommendations to management. Ensure effective communication with regional and global teams in English. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in an IT Manager or leadership role. Strong experience in both IT Infrastructure and ERP/Application management . Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments. Proven experience managing factory startup, plant expansion, or new building IT projects . Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP , Oracle , Microsoft Dynamics , Infor, Epicor, or similar. Good understanding of network infrastructure, servers, virtualization, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and backup solutions. Strong project management and vendor management skills. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities. Able to communicate effectively in English with international teams and management. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in multinational manufacturing companies. Experience with MES, WMS, Power BI, database management, or system integrations. Knowledge of ISO, IATF, or regulated manufacturing environments. PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
