About this role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to lead our property sourcing efforts. You’ll be the eyes and ears of our acquisition team, responsible for finding off-market and listed properties that meet our investment criteria.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential investment properties through MLS, Zillow, Redfin, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other platformsAnalyze property data including comps, ARV, and market trendsMaintain and update property databases and spreadsheetsCommunicate with agents, wholesalers, and sellers to gather property detailsMonitor new listings and price changes dailyAssist in lead generation and CRM managementPrepare property summaries and reports for review
Qualifications
Prior experience in real estate or property sourcing (preferred)Strong research and analytical skillsFamiliarity with real estate platforms and tools (MLS, Zillow, PropStream, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communicationOrganized, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyProficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
