🧠OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support a solo legal practice specializing in estate planning and related services. This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination skills who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys client-facing communication. No prior law office experience is required—just a passion for operational excellence and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality support.
📌 Key ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Attorney, the Project Manager will:
🔍 Review all existing open files and convert them into structured projects, identifying key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines. 📂 Build and maintain internal status review documentation to track progress and ensure accountability. 📤 Build and maintain external status review documentation for client-facing updates. 📞 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively delivering file updates with a consistent communication cadence. 🧠Coordinate with legal staff and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
🎓 QualificationsRequirement Description
Project Planning Experience:
Recent hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
Administrative Background
Demonstrated experience in project management, office administration, or operations.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-friendly tone.
Time Management: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism: Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Legal Experience: Not required—training will be provided on legal-specific workflows.
