Assist in planning, creating, and publishing social media content based on the content calendar. Help adapt content and messaging to fit the characteristics of each social media platform. Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, memes, and relevant conversations to identify new content opportunities. Assist with content production, including brainstorming ideas, writing captions, preparing content assets, and coordinating with relevant teams. Monitor social media performance and help track key metrics and content results. Support community management by monitoring comments, mentions, and audience interactions. Conduct basic research on competitors, industry trends, and relevant topics. Support other social media and marketing initiatives as needed. Requirements : Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field. Active and familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Threads. Passionate about social media, content, and digital trends. Creative, proactive, and eager to learn. Good communication and writing skills. Able to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks. Detail-oriented and responsible with deadlines. Basic knowledge of content creation and social media analytics is a plus. Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is a plus. Still got any questions?
