About the Role As a Project Manager in the ECM vertical at 1Lattice, you will take full ownership of leading high-impact research delivery teams with a specific focus on Equity Capital Markets including IPOs, QIPs, follow-on offerings, and equity transactions. You will lead end-to-end execution of ECM research mandates, manage project teams, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality research outputs in fast-paced transaction environments. You will play a leadership role within your team your team's successes are your successes. With exposure to complex, time-sensitive ECM mandates, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless project execution, maintaining delivery quality, and supporting successful transaction outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities End-to-end ownership of project execution across ECM mandates including industry reports, sector landscaping, market assessments, competitive benchmarking, and other transaction-related research engagements Support implementation of project methodologies and ensure effective execution of agreed research approaches Manage development and delivery of high-quality research outputs, presentations, and reports for investment banks and corporates preparing for capital market transactions Develop detailed project plans, workstreams, timelines, and resource allocation plans for ECM mandates Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely completion of deliverables Understand project requirements and ensure accurate translation of client needs into actionable workplans and deliverables Manage day-to-day client communication and coordinate effectively with investment banks, corporates, legal counsels, domain experts, and internal teams Coordinate with internal experts, external specialists, and senior stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely closure of deliverables Lead delivery teams to produce accurate, high-quality, and transaction-relevant research outputs Oversee execution of primary and secondary research including expert interviews, sector analyses, competitive benchmarking, market sizing, and industry intelligence relevant to ECM mandates Conduct detailed quality reviews of reports, presentations, datasets, and supporting analyses prior to client delivery Track project risks, dependencies, feedback logs, and approval cycles across multiple concurrent engagements Recruit, mentor and manage Analysts and Senior Analysts, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines Competencies & Skills 4-7 years of experience in business research, consulting, market intelligence, or related fields with demonstrated experience managing teams and projects within research, consulting, or financial services Good understanding of Equity Capital Markets including IPO processes, industry reports, sector analysis, peer benchmarking, and transaction timelines Experience working on or supporting IPO-related research mandates either with an investment bank, research firm, or consulting organisation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesise complex commercial and financial information into clear, actionable insights Excellent communication and client management skills, ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders including CFOs, investment bankers, and transaction advisors Ability to understand client needs in the context of a live transaction and develop trusted, advisor-level relationships Demonstrated ability to execute and project manage large-scale, time-critical research projects from initiation to delivery Deep expertise in primary and secondary research methodologies including expert interviews, investor surveys, sector landscaping, and competitive intelligence Ability to support proposal preparation, project scoping, effort estimation, and workplan development Strong ability to workplan, define scope, and manage delivery teams under tight transaction timelines Support business development initiatives, proposal preparation, and client discussions as required Strong project management skills including planning, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and execution tracking Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under compressed timelines Strong attention to detail with ability to review and validate research outputs for quality, consistency, and accuracy Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines. Relevant postgraduate qualifications and prior exposure to research, consulting, or capital markets will be an advantage Consistent track record of academic and professional excellence Demonstrated leadership in educational and professional career Very high drive, energy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
