A day in the life In this role, you'll focus on growing the AU Global Store business by working across multiple teams and geographies. You might start your day analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for improving the shopping experience, then move into strategy sessions with local and international teams to plan how to expand our product offerings. You'll collaborate with colleagues in search, customer experience, vendor management, engineering, marketing, logistics, finance, legal, and compliance to bring the best of Amazon's global selection to Australian customers. Throughout the day, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving, whether that's developing execution plans, troubleshooting challenges, or presenting business results to senior leadership. About the team We are building an innovative business that serves as a key pillar of Amazon.com.au, bringing international products to customers who want access to a broader selection. Our team works collaboratively across Amazon's global network to understand what Australian customers need and translate that into tailored solutions. We're focused on creating a leading customer experience while driving sustainable business growth. When you join us, you'll be part of a group that values curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to solve complex problems together.
