Logixx is hiring Security Guards who are observant, respectful, and team-oriented. This role requires strong situational awareness, a helpful attitude, and the ability to de-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally. Guards will monitor premises, respond to incidents, and engage respectfully with staff and visitors to maintain a safe environment. Key Responsibilities: Patrol and monitor assigned areas.Respond to emergencies and incidents.De-escalate conflicts using non-confrontational methods.Assist with evacuations and safety procedures.Write clear and accurate reports.Collaborate with team members and other departments. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.Valid security license (as per provincial regulations).Permanent security guard license preferred.Strong communication and decision-making skills.Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well in a team.
