Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport is seeking an exceptional Maintenance Manager to lead the Engineering & Maintenance Department of our 528-room full-service hotel, one of the largest airport hotels in Canada.

*Responsibilities:*
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the hotel operates safely, efficiently, and reliably every day.
This leadership role oversees all aspects of hotel engineering, including preventive maintenance, building systems, life safety, utilities, energy management, capital improvement projects, contractor management, regulatory compliance, and the daily leadership of a skilled maintenance team within a unionized environment.
Working closely with the General Manager, Director of Operations, Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Finance, and external contractors, you will help protect one of the hotel's most valuable assets while creating an environment where guests and team members can enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained property.
